Prayer to the Holy Spirit

Come Holy Spirit of Children,
and make them happy as they deserve.

Enlighten us who possess the responsibility of having the gift of wisdom to distinguish what is good or bad for their lives!

Come Spirit of the Children and give us the gift of fortitude so we may persist in our fatherhood although headwinds blow, that we never let go the hand of the little ones you commanded us to assist...

Come Sensitive Spirit and give us tender piety to God, so we become more humane in the way we treat each other!

Come Holy Spirit, Always Young, Father of teenagers who live the drama of coexisting, choosing and projecting their lives, and give them the gift of understanding so they can learn to listen to what God wants of them!

Come Spirit of Light and fill those who must govern and guide us by their authority with your clearness so they never may want to replace God and make them feel Holy Fear for His Greatness and Glory!

Come Spirit of the Children and give us God's science which makes us see the whole reality so we can bravely save the child we still can't see which lives and grows in the mother's womb!

Come Spirit of Love and give us the gift of advice so we may know how to reach the heart of the Young ones who need our word and our guidance!

Come Holy Spirit and make our Community similar to Yours so we may become ONE as Christ commanded us, feeling that we are children of a same Father who created us and who re-creates us each time we arrange to "start over again", to "be reborn"... "to be happy again"... like a child.

So may it be.
